a medical condition or discuss the suitability
of a treatment please contact the therapist
or, if unavailable, leave your details with
our receptionist and we will get back to you.
We require payment in full prior to spa days
and speciality programmes. All payments are non-refundable. Please allow us 7 days notice to re-schedule your programme/day.
Cancellations will be accepted by email or telephone
up to 24hrs prior to your appointment. A non-cancellation
fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.
Gift Vouchers are available to purchase from the main reception for use against any treatment. Gift Vouchers are non refundable, valid for six months from time of purchase and must be presented at time of treatment.
We request that you arrive five minutes prior to all treatments. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments within the time allowance. Please allow time after your treatment for relaxation.
Please feel free to pay prior to your treatments, especially if you plan to use the club facilities after your treatment.
Please respect our environment and the needs of our guests by ensuring that mobile phones are either turned off or on 'silent' during all treatments.
Your modesty will be respected during all treatments. For your comfort we provide disposable underwear that can be worn during body treatments. These will be made available prior to your treatment.
A patch test is required 24hrs prior to treatment. Please schedule your patch test at reception when booking your appointment.
