Studio Coordinator / Fitness Instructor - Full Time - Manchester

REPs and PPL fees will all be fully paid to allow your personal and career development further. We are looking for a fully qualified BTS, ETM, step, Pilates, yoga in fact all classes professional, some or all required. We are progressive and loyal in our outlook when it comes to staff: don't miss the chance to become part of the best team in the Industry!

We are looking for someone to create and take over the timetable, run it as a business to become successful, with high attendance and usage figures. To create this you will be in control of the marketing and all the coordinating for the studio timetable, creating extremely good relationships with instructors and members alike to maintain the best possible product and service. Gauging instructor performance and class numbers and feedback from members and finally submitting reports will be an essential part of the role.

This role requires a vibrant, enthusiastic and professional individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. An individual with a passion for fitness and whose ambition is to provide an outstanding level of service and fun in a inspiring full and effective studio timetable.

The ability to drive yourself and others around you is vital and you must be a problem solver and able to act using you own initiative. Good organisation skills will also be required to ensure that reports and tasks are completed and you must be able to maintain a fun environment for members and your fellow colleagues. Willingness to learn and develop new skills as well as enthusiasm is vital.
