Member feedback and communication is an essential part of GL-14 Health Club. We pride ourselves on having an open door policy with a weekly update from your club manager, comments cards, member forums and direct access to your GL-14 team who are more than happy to help you with your query. Here are a few of the most commonly asked questions when deciding if GL-14 is the right club for you.

Are studio classes included in the membership package?

Yes, all the membership classes are included in your membership package. We provide specialist work shops and yoga weekends where there may be an additional charge.

How do I pay for my membership?

You have two options on how you can pay for your membership dependant on which option will suit you. Monthly direct debit or our paid in full membership. We accept all major credit cards apart from American Express.

What do I need to bring with me to join up?

Contact details, form of identification, sort code and account number for direct debit payers, student identification if joining on a student membership and/or corporate and your diary so we can schedule in your first introduction in to the gym.

Do we have to pay for gym 1-2-1's and can we get more than one?

All of your gym appointments are free and part of the service, our highly trained Fitness Trainers will design a bespoke workout for you and show you exactly what to do and how to do it on all the machines and equipment. This is all part of your Guaranteed Results Plan which is all included in your membership package.

What is the difference between Off Peak and Peak Times?

Our Off Peak times are Monday to Friday Midday to 4pm and full access at weekends. Our Peak times are Monday to Friday 6.30am to 10pm, Saturdays 8am to 8pm and Sundays 9am to 5pm, these are our full opening hours and so there is no restriction on your entry to the club. Bank holiday times are 10am-6pm.

Are children allowed in the club?

No. GL-14 is an adults only facility. 16 year olds may use the facility accompanied by an adult, 18 years of age thereafter.

Do you have a crèche and if so what are the times and how much is it?

Tinies Childcare provide the crèche for our GL-14 members and accept children from 3 months to 5 years, we are open Mondays to Saturdays 9.30am to 11.30am (Tuesday 9.15am-11.15am) The cost is £4 per hour and there are discounts available if you purchase 10 session or 20 session vouchers.

Do you have to pay for lockers?

No. GL-14 use a padlock system so no coins are required. You can purchase a padlock from the club or bring your own. Permanent lockers are available on request.

Do you need to bring your own toiletries?

We provide Shampoo, Body Wash, Hand Tissues and luxurious moisturiser.

Do you provide towels?

Yes. We provide a towel for every member on every visit. Sweat towels can be purchased at the club.

Can you purchase swim wear at the club?

No but we do sell an array of GL-14 merchandise including water bottles, headphones, T-shirts, Hooded tops, Sports Holdalls and Back Packs.
