Studio Timetable

Here at GL-14 we have created
three superb studios, one is
entirely devoted to spinning,
with disco lights amid intimate
and personal surroundings, and
then our two dance studios which
incorporate atmospheric lighting
with lots of open space.

To make sure we give you as many
options as possible, we have an
extensive range of top level classes
for you to choose from; everything
from Pilates to Step, kickboxing to
Yoga and the 'Fastest Way to get into
shape' BTS Body Pump program.
We are confident we have a class to
suit you and your ability. Don't worry
if we have missed out a class, we
regularly review our class structure
and we welcome feedback and ideas
and try to plan our timetable around you.

Group exercise is a great way to motivate your workouts and to help inspire you to new levels of fitness. Our instructors are of the highest standard and are REPS certified with a wide range of teaching abilities and knowledge. All you need do now is turn up and we will motivate you till the end!
