The family owned Doughty's Brasserie currently offers a sophisticated and relaxed dining experience in the heart of Hitchin's town centre, offering great food and genuine hospitality.

We are now bringing GL-14 it's very own Doughty's!

We use only the finest seasonal produce, prepared with a simplicity that will delight even the most discerning of tastes.
The emphasis is on great ingredients, simple preparation and with the theory that "less is more." High quality ingredients speak for themselves and we think that whether it is a prawn sandwich or a three course meal, we aim to serve the best.

We are delighted to be joining GL-14 and really look forward to opening.
